Sambo's Restaurant
I have very vague memories of going to Sambo's when I was very young. Not exactly a politically correct name for a restaurant these days. Apparently the restaurant owners realized the negative racial connotations and started using an Indian (from india) character. That didn't work. There's only one restaurant remaining in Santa Barbara, California:
